This facade is great for industrial "wall" detail. It comes as a 4 story building (in 3 pieces) enabling you to make a three or even a 2 story building.  You could really make two (2-story) buildings.  It comes complete with laser-cut Bristol board windows.

The first story of each building can be removed and placed in other  first story openings.  These are the real footprints of two Tacoma buildings that are now University of Washington's Tacoma campus.
Neither was a high production warehouse.
Both were on hills, whereas they were 4 stories on the lower street side and 3 stories on the upper freight side.

Plexiglas glazing is not available with this building.
