Build either kit with parts to do each version.  You can put all windows and doors in one version; or to make an ice house, decide to insert bricks in a number of the windows and doors.  All windows and stencils are laser cut 3 ply bristol board, more durable than plastic windows !

This unpainted kit comes with the stencils to make signs for either kit.  This facade measures 23”wide x 17” high.  Both designs are great for layout backdrops or you can buy our #628 brick walls to make it full size.
